This one day class is a great introduction to Access Consciousness and the amazing technique called The Bars! Have you found that people in this world are uncomfortable even hugging their close friends and family? Isn’t that strange? What if we are all starved to be cared for in kind, gentle ways? Access has this amazing tool called The Bars that is single handedly changing this separation we have created between us and everyone else in our world! You will learn how to gift a great kindness to other people by learning how to gently touch points on their head and also by just BEING with them. In performing this hands on technique you also receive more than you can possibly imagine! You get to remember how to BE again – like we did as children. Do you remember how easy it was to run up to a playmate or a family member and throw your arms around them when you were very young? You did it because you just couldn’t help it – you adored them and you had to show it! This modality is like giving someone an awesome energetic hug PLUS it’s a lot more too!
There are places on all of our heads that hold massive amounts of stuck energy in them until they are gently touched and reminded to dump all of this away. These points are where you store the static from all your thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs and anything else that’s locking you up in life. Activating these points is like going into the hard drive of your brain and deleting all the useless files that are stopping you from having the life you KNOW is truly possible. If you haven’t noticed, it’s a little crowded up there in your head! Most people become so relaxed from receiving a bars session that they find that their mind actually becomes quiet for the first time in as long as they can remember. Doesn’t that sound lovely? Can you imagine giving yourself this gift and then sharing it with others?? Can we get started now - please? It will be fun – I promise! Can YOU remember the last time it was really quiet and peaceful up there in your cute little head? The more you release, the more space there is in your life to begin to move directly towards that which you have been looking to create! Yippee!

Foundation is a two-day class that gives you a whole new set of tools from which to function. Tools that are easy, practical and ACTUALLY WORK. If your cognitive mind had all of the answers and could create the changes you’d like to see occur in your life, wouldn’t it have done that a long time ago? The first time I took this class I felt like I finally got clarity on the questions I had been asking my entire life but no teacher, parent, or anyone had ever even GOT what I was asking! Access Consciousness is actually looking at what is NOT working in our reality. You will receive these amazing new & powerful tools that will help you maneuver through life with so much more joy & ease! It also makes it so clear as to why the tools you’ve been given throughout your life made you feel like you were trying to hammer nails in walls with shoes and then blaming yourself for never being able to accomplish the seemingly simple task of hanging a picture? What if you were never wrong, EVER? I would like to invite you to look at the world in a totally different way, in a way that works FOR you. Wouldn’t that be a bit more fun?? We literally shift the energy right there in class! You walk away with a shiny new toolbox overflowing with the tools you can start using immediately to see things show up differently in your life.

Ok, going to Level One is like being on the rocket ship and then jumping to warp speed! If you have studied everything else and always wanted to go deeper, faster & see more change – this is for YOU! If you could design YOUR phenomenal life, what would that look like? How much fun can you have creating it?? Level One expands upon the possibilities opened up in Foundation. This two-day class is the fast track for accessing YOUR phenomenal life. What if you are MORE than you ever even suspected in your wildest dreams? How much more fun and easy could everything be? What if this class is the 1st day of creating the phenomenal life you’d like to choose?
